Plantain salve

Plantain is a nutricious, wild edible that is high is calcium, vitamin A and vitamin K. It is used to treat bites, stings, cuts and skin ailments.

We grow the plantain on our chemical-free acreage, using it to make ointments (salves) and teas. The tea is highly recommended for acid reflux, urinary tract infections, inflammation, dry coughs and healing purposes.

The salve is recommended for many skin problems such as bites, stings and rashes.
