  • Plantain (Plantago lanceolata), although viewed by some to be a common weed, holds many hidden benefits. Plaintain salve, when made into an ointment, can be used to treat stings, scratches, rashes, bites and dry skin and more.turn a hobby into something more.

  • Comfrey salve can be used to reduce inflammation and treat painful muscle and joint conditions such as pulled muscles, sprains, fractures, osteoarthritis and even bruising.

  • Plantain has been used for centuries to treat a wide range of skin problems and other illnesses that most people suffer from at some time in their lives. Plantain tea is also used to aid people suffering from urinary tract infections as well as helping to lower inflammation.

  • Lemon Myrtle is an antioxidant and an antiseptic, that soothes and aiding with sore throats and relaxation. It has a strong lemon scent and can be added to other ingredients such as lemon for a delicious, light lemon flavoured tea.

  • Mulberry tea - Mulberry leaves have a variety of culinary, medicinal, and industrial applications. The leaves may help lower blood sugar, cholesterol, and inflammation levels.

  • Elderflower tea is recommended for helping to reduce upper respiratory problems, cold and hayfever symptoms and sinus infections due to being rich in antioxidants and antihistamines. A cold infusion of Elderflower may be used as an eyewash for conjunctivitis or as a gargle for sore throats. Elderflower can also act as a mild laxative and diuretic.

  • Holy basil (Tulsy) tea is a wonderful health-boosting herb. It is full of vitamins and minerals that are very beneficial in lowering stress levels and often assist with sleep problems.
